Updated to include the most pressing questions asked throughout the Store Championship season and to incorporate the newest expansions, these documents that govern your favorite tournament games are now new and improved!
All changes from today’s announcement will go into effect on April 15th, 2015 unless otherwise stated.
Looking Forward
As we look forward to the 2015 Regional Championships and the competition begins heating up, it’s a great time to look at 2015 Organized Play so far. This year marks the first full year for Warhammer 40,000: Conquest and the introduction of two brand-new games.
Imperial Assault skirmish and Star Wars™: Armada each offer new ways for you to explore the Star Wars galaxy. The tournament rules for both games are now online, and Organized Play is kicking off in record fashion, as we've received record numbers of Spring tournament kit orders for these two exciting, new games. Whether you're looking to undertake new missions in your Imperial Assault skirmishes or you hope to keep the local systems in line with your Star Destroyers, Imperial Assault and Armada offer rewarding tournament experiences for players of all skill levels.
Moreover, we're moving forward with Championship level events for both games. Fans of Imperial Assault will be able to exchange blaster fire as early as the 2015 Regional Championships. Armada sets course to enter the Championship calendar during the National Championships. Of course, you don't have to wait until then to enjoy all the Star Wars action in these games; you can get started immediately with local events!
