Lead Developer Zach Tewalthomas on the Dust Tactics FAQ :
Survivors clamber from the wreckage of a destroyed transport. They are dazed by the blast, but their instincts kick in. Reflexively, they move into the battle-ready positions that they were drilled to adopt in the event of a catastrophe such as the one they have just endured. Shaken, but far from defeated, these brave survivors launch themselves back into the fray with strengthened resolve!
This FAQ update describes what happens to units that survive the destruction of a transport. Where are they placed? Who makes the decision? What if they were in a helicopter flying over impassible terrain? In addition, we’ve added errata to address some of the newer units, such as the SSU Sniper and Observer teams, the Allies Medium Combat Walker M3-E "Rattler," and important errata that add an additional weapon line to all unit cards for the SSU Commissars, both as individuals and as a squad. So take a moment to check out the updates, then get back out there, guns blazing!
