Fantasy Flight Games invites you to participate in the inaugural Dust Tactics World Championship tournament at Gen Con Indy 2011!

On Saturday, August 6th, competitors will face off in a Swiss-style tournament. In the aftermath of the fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping battle, one player will rise above the rest to claim the title of World Champion.

The Dust Tactics World Championship marks the culmination of its first first tournament season. After competitive engagements across the continent, the World Championship will draw Regional Champions as well as eager greenhorns to the battle front of this open tournament. Don’t miss out on your chance to compete against the best players in the game.

Tournament Guidelines

The Dust Tactics World Championship will be held on Saturday, August 6th in the Indianapolis Convention Center (ICC), Hall F, the FFG area. Registration begins promptly at 10am, and the event runs from 11am to 6pm.

Participants in the Dust Tactics World Championship must adhere to the following guidelines:

• The Championship will use the Dust Tactics Official Tournament Rules , Updated Point Costs , and Army Planning Sheets (all of which are available for download from the Dust Tactics support page )
• All scenarios will be played on a 9-tile battlefield
• Participants must bring their own armies of up to 250 points
• All figures must be tournament legal as described in the Dust Tactics Official Tournament Rules
• No proxy figures are allowed
• Players must submit an army list to the Tournament Official upon arrival

The Spoils of War

When the dust clears, only one player among the battling elite will stand in triumph and claim the Dust Tactics World Champion trophy.

• A pre-painted premium squad or walker for the top four players
