A fast walker for the Allies

The Light Assault Walker comes with one body and the pieces you need to build either of two configurations, Wildfire or Honey . Both are fast, which means they’ll be able to run down Axis forces in record time.

Wildfire races across the battlefield as the scourge of enemy squads. Its quad .50 cal machine guns rain death upon enemy troops and fire munitions large enough to threaten most walkers.

Honey features the newest Allied technology unveiled by ASOCOM–phaser weapons. The Honey ’s dual 1200W phaser guns fire concentrated balls of energy that explode into foes with potentially devastating effect. They’re powerful enough to blast through the armor of heavy walkers, and even better, they ignore cover.

Heavy weaponry on light walkers

There’s nothing light about the armament for either configuration of the Light Panzer Walker . Whether you configure it as a Hermann or Heinrich , the Light Panzer Walker brings heavy firepower to your army at an efficient cost.

Hermann packs a laser-kanone capable of pounding away at even the heaviest walkers. A cunning general will take advantage of the Hermann ’s long attack range; a single shot from its laser stands a chance of punching straight through the armor of any walker, blasting it apart.

The second configuration, Heinrich , affords players an entirely different strategic utility. With its advanced reactive fire, the Heinrich can catch opponents unaware, opening fire with its 2 cm FlakVierling cannons as they first move into its line of fire. While the cannons can’t punch the heaviest armor in the game, their rapid rate of fire give you excellent odds of hitting. Few squads will be able to survive sustained fire from the Heinrich .

Greater flexibility

As you construct your army, you’ll want to include walkers for their armor and powerful weaponry (and because they’re cool!), but there are times you just can’t afford another medium walker. The mission parameters may be too strict, or you may just need another specialized squad. Choose from one of the configurations available to the Light Assault Walker and Light Panzer Walker , and the walker will immediately offer new support to your battalion. These light walkers cost less than heavier counterparts, meaning you gain greater freedom to customize your army for the tactics that best suit you.
