Scarab Lords FAQ

Q: The Scarab Lords rules contain and example that says that Khamal the Eternal is a Phase 2 Leader, but on the card, Khamal is listed as a Phase 0 Leader. Which is he?
A:
The card is correct. Khamal the Eternal is a Phase 0 Leader.

Q: May I play two copies of the same Leader in the same region, or two copies of the same God (on my side of the board)?
A:
Yes.

Q: Ur-Tet allows me to exercise an additional military or religious supremacy at the end of my supremacy phase. Must I have military or religious supremacy in order to use Ur-Tet’s text?
A:
Yes.

Q: If I have no cards in my hand, am I forced to skip my turn and refresh my hand?
A:
No. If you have no cards in your hand, you may choose to play the turn normally. (Note that this is the one time that you are not required to play or discard a card from your hand during your turn.)

Q: If I choose to skip my turn and refresh my hand, must I draw back up to six cards?
A:
If your deck does not contain enough cards for you to draw back up to six cards, then you must draw all your remaining cards – which means you will lose at the beginning of your opponent’s next turn.

Q: According to the rules, I may take any number of Phase 0 actions. Does this mean that I can uncurse all my Phase 0 cards during a single phase?
A:
Yes. Therefore, there is little point in cursing a Phase 0 card.

Q: How many Phase S actions may I take during my turn?
A:
You may take any number of Phase S actions during your turn.
