Today, FFG will be launching its consumer pre-order promotion for the
Mutant Chronicles CMG Starter Set. We would like to invite interested brick and mortar
retailers in the U.S and Canada to participate in this promotion, as well as
similar future promotions.
This is how it works:
On a special web-page, interested end-users will provide their name and contact
information to FFG, as well as choose which participating brick-and-mortar
retail store from which they will be pre-ordering these items (or from which
participating retailer they have already ordered them).
It is for this purpose that we would like to add your retail store to
this list of participating retailers. This is accomplished by submitting
the electronic form below.
After a customer enters and submits pre-order information on the
FFG site, the selected brick-and-mortar retailer will receive an email
providing the customer's contact information, and whether the game has
already been pre-ordered from the retailer (which should be in the
retailer's records, of course), or if they wish to order the game
from the retailer. With this information, it is up to the retailer to either
check that this individual has already indeed pre-ordered the game as
stated, or if the customer wishes to pre-order the game, to contact
the customer and facilitate the transaction.
Alternately, rather than having your customers fill the form out online,
you can download a Mutant Chronicles CMG Starter Set
preorder fax form and have your
customers fill it out in-store. When you have collected all your preorders
(the deadline for the promotion is midnight, ), fax in your preorders,
with the
retailer cover sheet to 651-639-1764.
After the promotion ends, FFG will email each retailer a detailed summary
of all end-user pre-orders for that retail store. After confirmation
(or adjustments) is received by FFG from the retailer, a package
containing the correct number of promotional items, and a list of
the assigned end-users, will be sent to the retail store from FFG (or
Lion Rampant for Canadian retailers) at no charge to the retailer.
The retailer should simply order Mutant Chronicles CMG Starter Set from a
favored games distributor. After receiving both the game product from
this distributor and the promotional item from FFG, the retailer should
provide these items to the end-user at the time he/she arrives at the
store to pick up his/her pre-order.
Note that retailers are able to be added to the pre-order list while the
promotion is active, but we recommend that retailers sign up prior to
the start of the promotion, so to take maximum advantage of the wide PR
and publicity that FFG is generating for the game and the promotion.
If you already signed up for a previous similar promotion, and indicated
that you would like to participate in future promotions, your store is already
on the list. The list is below if you would like to make sure.
International Retailers: Fantasy Flight Games is only supporting the
Mutant Chronicles CMG Starter Set pre-order promotion for retailers in the United States and Canada.
There are localized pre-order promotions in the following countries: Czech Republic,
France, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain.

To be listed as a participating retailer for, please fill out all the fields
below and hit "Submit".
