Faction — Capitol

Capitol is freedom incorporated, and this Megacorporation recognizes its duty to protect the rights and freedoms of its citizens. In return, those citizens are fiercely loyal and dedicated to the defense of the corporation and the freedom for which it stands. This deeply ingrained belief in the power and righteousness of freedom influences all aspects of Capitol life, including the ways its citizens approach and practice the art of war.

A Capitol army in the Mutant Chronicles CMG is fast, mobile, and elusive. Capitol soldiers go where they want, when they want, and it's often quite difficult to predict what they're going to do next. In addition to their speed and mobility, the Capitol forces take great advantage in the power of flight, soaring above the terrain and not allowing themselves to be slowed by its hampering effects. To stay agile and flight-capable, they equip lighter weapons and armor, and therefore prefer to keep their distance from more heavily armed opponents and take them down at long range. It's a sharp, tactical approach, but when it works it can be impossible to defend against.
