Bonni Allen has been active in the theater, film and commercial scene in the
Twin Cities for three years. Recent roles have taken her to Hennepin
Stages, The Great American History Theater, Minneapolis Musical Theater,

Matthew Amendt, playing Gaelen in MIDNIGHT, is a
professional actor based in the Twin Cities. He works
primarily in theater, having recently performed as Nick Carraway in the Guthrie Theater's
inaugural production of The Great Gatsby. A 2000 Presidential
Scholar in the Arts and NFAA ARTS winner, Matthew's
other credits include numerous Guthrie Productions,
Torch theater, Great River Shakespeare Festival,
Chautauqua Theater Company, and training with a BFA
from the Guthrie/U of M, as well as time spent with
the Royal National Theater in London.

Chars Bonin has been acting professionally since 1992.
Chars has a B.A. degree in T.V. and Film directing
from MSU-Moorhead. After working in L.A. for a few
years, Chars has moved back to Minneapolis. Chars

works both behind and in front of the camera.

Dawn Brodey, playing Chuzara in MIDNIGHT, is a professional actor and voice-over talent in the Twin Cities. Her comedy and improvisation works include the Actors Theatre's production of We Gotta Bingo, Hey City Theatre's Tony N' Tina's Wedding, and The Brave New Workshop's production of Flanagan's Wake. Dawn is also an accomplished historian and playwright, having done work for the Bakken Museum and The Museum of Russian Art. Dawn was also heard weekly for over four years on ABC Radio's "The Latest," a Sunday morning show where she answered emails from listeners about specific historical events, people and places. Shá Cage is an inter-diciplinary artist, poet, professional actor and playwright who works administratively with Mama Mosaic Theatre, Trú Rúts Endeavors and The MN Spoken Word Association(MNSWA).
She is the recipient of several grants, awards, and commissions including a TCG, a Playwright Center Many Voices Residency, a Forecast Public Arts Grant, a 2004 recipient of a SASE/Jerome literary grant and a 2005 SASE/Jerome Spoken Word Verve Grant.

Chris Carlson

Chris has performed at such local theaters as the Jungle, The Brave New Workshop, Park Square, and the Great American History Theater. This fall Chris will be performing at the Guthrie Theater and Pillsbury Playhouse. His film credits include: Gorgeous, Here on Earth, Factotum, and the award winning short films The Chromium Hook and Hell's Kitchen. Chris also works as an adjunct professor at Hamline Law School and is also a solo practicing immigration attorney. Most proudly, however, Chris is a performer, co-organizer, and co-founder of Thirst Theater.

He just finished filming the sequel to the film Fear of Girls, and is currently involved in the hit theater show We Gotta Bingo.

Her theater credits include the Guthrie Theatre's production of The Sex Habits of American Women, Pride and Prejudice, the Write Now! series at the Children's Theater and Readings at the Playwright Center. Currently she is a member of Pillsbury House Theater's Breaking Ice company; performing locally as well as touring shows in Indiana, Washington D.C. and New York. Melissa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota / Guthrie Theater BFA Actor Training Program, and Interlochen Arts Academy. She has also studied at the Royal National Theatre in London.

Joseph Papke is primarily a stage actor from Minneapolis. Midnight is his first real foray into film and he has enjoyed his experience immensely. His professional acting credits include Park Square Theatre, Actor’s Theatre of Minnesota, Illusion Theatre, Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, Dudley Riggs’, Outward Spiral, and the Children’s Theatre Company. He is also a co-founder and artistic associate of Theatre Pro Rata. In addition to working as an actor, Joseph coaches text and dialects. He is currently living in Washington, DC with his wife, director Carin Bratlie while he earns his M.F.A. from The Academy For Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre Company.

Carolyn Pool, playing Meriam in Midnight, is a Twin Cities based actress whose work can be seen all over the country. She has garnered both critical and popular praise for her work including "Best Supporting Actress" by Lavender Magazine for her work in In The Garden. In addition to her extensive and varied work on stage, Carolyn has also appeared in several independent films, most notably A Specialist in His Field, which has been an audience favorite at film festivals all over North America. She also performs regularly with Thirst Theater at Jitters Bar in Minneapolis.

Since moving to Minneapolis from Louisiana in 1990, Matt Sciple has directed, performed in or written over 70 plays, recently adapting A Tale of Two Cities and directing Requiem for a Heavyweight, as well as appearing in voiceovers, commercials and industrial films. Matt has played some thirty roles in twelve plays with 10,000 Things Theatre including Tateh in Ragtime and Edgar in King Lear. Favorite roles elsewhere include John Merrick, Cassisus, Ken Talley and Walker in Three Days of Rain.
