I thought you still needed to end your move at the locations after the High House - i.e. the special movement of the police car is no help. Or am I missing something?

If you leave the High House with the deputy's wagon you are not entering the Causeway or the Wireless Station so you don't have to stop. The wagon instantly moves the investigator to his destination. So while you can't use it to get there, you can use it to leave. The Mi-Go Brain Case and Call Friend are other escape methods.

Ah...nice! That might make going up there more viable in some games (though I doubt I'll have the 4 gate/20 Monster trophies and the time to do it, but seems more doable than before now).

Has this been verified? It seems a little non-intuitive to me, since, as we play, you are simply re-entering the Wireless Station and Causeway on the trip back so the delay still applies.

Has Kevin said that isn't the case? It would seem to make the High House more relevant.

Brain case and call friend :') very nice, I shall add these strategies to my repertoire of terror :'D

::Laughter:: the only problem is, I never actually need to get changed ;') if I'm doing well enough to be able to afford to get it, I can win anyways, and if I can't, well, I won't spend time trying to get it. ::Shrug:: Well, anyways, it might be worthwhile for this scenario thing. Anyways, I enjoyed hearing about it just for the theoretical implications ;') I like playing Arkham in theory.

Sorry, but no. You can't use the Police Wagon, or fly a shantak, or even pop back from Lost in Time and Space, to go anywhere on Kingsport Head. Not the Causeway, not the Wireless Station, and definitely not the High House in the Mist. This is explicitly prohibited in the rules in Kingsport. The only way in the game to get to the High House in the Mist is to start on the street beneath the Causeway and spend three turns walking straight up -- and hope you don't get knocked back down in random encounters on the way.

Gaffa, the idea is to exit expediently, not to enter the Kingsport Head by these means. While completely out of the spirit of Kingsport Head, it is allowable by the rules to use the Wagon to exit immediately or to have someone call you back with Call Friend.

I don't think the Mi-go Brain Case works, because that would fall under the "other unusual method" of placing an investigator there which is a no no.

It wouldn't work if you swapped with an investigator, it would work if you swapped with a monster :')

Ah, I get it. I was thinking just marching back through the station. Yup, that seems correct.
