This little teaser is very intriguing!

In The Conquerer Worm TPB it shows him working with US forces - so it isn't a stretch at all.

Thanks. I will be adding Gregori Rasputin. Will he go with the Matriarchy or the Reich?

Relying on Tannhäuser's background, Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin belongs to the Matriarchy

I don't know his location in the Tannhäuser universe, if he is indeed part of the Matriarchy his history was definitely changed from the Hellboy universe as he is most definitely a Reich force considering in that universe, as well as our own, he was poisoned (which he survived), shot in the back four times (which he survived), bludgeoned and finally dropped into an icy river by Russian aristocracy led by Prince Yusupov and the Grand Duke Pavlovich.

Rasputin, in the TH universe, is the current spiritual leader of the Matriarchy. His daughter is the current Tzarin

He also is one of the movers between the launch of the Novgord project

He is NOT a member of the Reich Faction, indeed the Kaiser hates him

So basically, Prince Yusupov and the Grand Duke Pavlovich were right when they killed Rasputin as they believed him to be attempting to take down the tzarist government (which did indeed occur in 1917) from the inside and to take power himself.

If he is the spiritual leader of the Matriarchy he's probably more interested in pagan slavic dieties and not messing with the Ogdru Jahad beings from Hellboy, so that could change a lot of things.

Rasputin, in the TH universe, is the one behind the rebirth of slavic god worship in the Matriarchy. He is the father of the current Tzarin Siska born to the Tzarin Anastassia...
