Here's another - or at least I can't find the FAQ answer for it:
Q1. If you have an encounter that tells you to go to another location and return, and that location tells you to go to another location, where do you end up? Do you follow the text of the first encounter completely? Or do you follow the text of the 2nd completely?
Q2. Similarly, if the first encounter tells you to go and return but the second one tells you to "stay here next turn," what happens? Do you return to the orignal location delayed? To you stay in the 2nd location delayed?

Hi, this is my 1st post here. I hope my question is OK for this forum.
I'm about to start using the Dunwich Horror expansion and I noticed that one of the monster's encounter cards indicates that a FAILED Combat Check takes away all my items.
What happens if I fail a SECOND Combat Check?
If this topic has already been discussed, my apologies. Thanks!

We also need clarification on at least two investigators:
Lily Chen - if she moves her Stamina/Sanity slider by 2 spaces, does she regain 2 points of STA/SAN or only 1 since it was one overall increase?
Charlie Kane - Does his ability of taking Allies in the box only count when they are called out specifically in an encounter? Can he choose the box Allies when he is at Ma's? What happens when he randomly draws an Ally?

I think I never saw an answer to the following question(s):
What happens if an investigator is devoured/retired and you choose a new investigator that has an unique starting item/ally already in possession of other investigator? For example, if Ashcan is your new investigator and someone else already has his Ally Duke?
And even if Duke isn't in anyone's possession, what would happen if it wasn't a part of the 11 allies in play?
Would you simply discard and replace one of the allies with Duke? In that case, could you do it if the terror level was 10?
Has this been answered elsewhere before?
