If you want them to be raised, then by all means, add the spell!

It's the best thing with RPG's after all, you actually CAN do whatever you want

"In the blighted lands of Sylvania, wolf corpses must be burnt or buried deeply, for those that are not will return from the dead and continue the hunt in Unlife. Even when these precautions are taken and the bodies of these monstrous wolves are buried in deep pits, the Dark Magic can gather and resurrect them. Half-rotted, their fur matted with blood and grime, the animated carcasses claw their way through the earth to hunt again. The smell of decaying flesh surrounds them, maggots writhe in open wounds and charred skin hangs from their bones in ragged flaps."

From the GW website and the 7th edition Vampire Counts army book.

"The land of Sylvania is plagued by giant wolves which emerge in winter from their lairs high in the World's Esge Mountains to destroy entire villages. The men of the Empire hunt these beasts mercilessly, but this is not always enough. Even from beyond the grave these awful creatures return to terrorise men. The carcasses of these wolves are buried in great pits, but the cursed earth of Sylvania does not allow them to rest. Often they burrow their way through the rotting layers of earth and emerge to hunt once more."

From the 6th edition Vampire Counts army book.

True, the texts were written for the wargame, not for the RPG, but these share a common background these days.

I thank you for your time

Awesome! Now we know, and knowing is half the battle. Of course, these descriptions are the "naturally occurring" option in a way, which also explains why there's no spell for it. So they ARE wolf corpses, but they just happen, they aren't raised the way zombies and skeletons are (of course, zombies and skeletons can happen naturally too).

Is there something like "the rule of 3" in english?
If there is, you can understand what I think...

Dire Wolf =Zombie
Doomwolf =Wight

Alea jacta est...

"Don't take your guns to town, son, leave your guns at home, Bill... Don't take your guns to town."

Certainly there is reference to Vampires actually 'reanimating' them in addition to them occurring naturally, as this Bloodline power from Storm of Chaos shows:

WOLF LORD - (10 points)
Upon his home soil this Vampire has an almost unparalleled mastery of the Dark Arts, able to reanimate Dire Wolves with but a thought.
This Vampire may use the spell Invocation of Nehek to add to and raise new units of Dire Wolves, in addition to Skeletons and Zombies, raising D3/2D3/3D3 Wolves according to the Power Level. Note that this does not apply to units raised from Grave markers.
