Your mailbox

The Community Wizard’s Private Messaging system separates messages based on four color-coded categories: 

• Dark blue indicates "FFG Promotions," and contains important news about FFG's products, offers, and other promotions.
• Light blue indicates "Community Wizard," and includes messages sent by way of a Community Wizard search.
• Green indicates "Private Messages," and are direct private messages from other Community Wizard users.
• Red indicates "Friend Notifications," and contains requests from other users seeking to add you to their Friends list.

To read your private messages, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account at the top right of the home page.
   
2. In the upper right corner of the main website (www.fantasyflightgames.com), click your username to access your Player Profile screen.
   
3. On the left sidebar, select either the “Unread Messages” link or the “Inbox” link. “Unread Messages” displays only those messages that you have not yet seen, while “Inbox” displays all messages received.
    

To write a new private message, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the upper right corner of the main website (www.fantasyflightgames.com), click your username to access your Player Profile screen.
3. On the left sidebar, click the “Write a new message” link.
   
4. Type the name of the recipient in the “To” field. Messages sent through this interface can only have a single recipient.
   
5. Type the topic of the message in the “Subject” field.
6. Use the “Magic Link” tool to send your recipient a direct link to content on FFG’s website. Choose the link type (News or Games), then begin to type either a news article’s title or a game’s title. Select the desired title from the dropdown list. 
   
7. Type your message in the “Message” field.
   
8. Click the “Send Message” button in the lower right corner of the page.

Once a message has been sent, it can be viewed from the “Sent Messages” link. To view your sent messages, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the upper right corner of the main website (www.fantasyflightgames.com), click your username to access your Player Profile screen.
3. On the left sidebar, click the “Sent Messages” link.
   

To forward FFG private messages to your email account, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the upper right corner of the main website (www.fantasyflightgames.com), click your username to access your Player Profile screen.
3. On the left sidebar, click the “Mailbox Options” link.
   
4. Click the box next to “Forward all community messages...”
   
5. Click the “Apply” button in the lower right corner of the page.
