The writable PDF's of the character sheet in the support section are not the character folio (the small booklet) that was published by Black Industries and FFG to record your character progression in. I too would love to see that little booklet as a writeable PDF file, much more useful than the paper version (which I do own, being a Dark Heresy completist).

Fantasy Flight Games already provides both printable and soft-copy-write-able PDFs of the character folios in the Support Section for Dark Heresy, the form-input soft-copy of the character sheet is fantastic.

The best feature of these soft-copy distribution would be the ability to search the document for key words.

This is cool and all, but what about the Vehicles Apocrypha? Id also would love to see a reprint of Purge the Unclean with all the adventures so far (other then the haarlock ones) in it.

Supporting PDF and print is smart.  PDF is a lot easier to get into in terms of purchase.

I am a little curious as to why you didn't go with the Character Folio.  As a printable PDF, that would be perfect, even if it wasn't form enabled (and a form-enabled version would be truly awesome).

Thanks FFG!  These are both extremely useful releases!

Printable hand-outs are very helpful, and the ability to print or refer to the charts in the GM Kit during an adventure is extremely helpful.

I don't read anything into PDF releases, other than willingness to expand support for the game.  There has always been a steady stream of folks complaining that they cannot obtain DH and RT product.  I am sure that this will help them out.  (In our area there is no supply problem and DH and RT both have strong presence on the shelf at B&N and Borders, plus at the comic/game retailers haunted by RPG players.)

WISH LIST:  The two inside-front-cover maps from DH and RT, released as a two-sided color poster.  I prefer this version of the map for my players, rather than the more authoritative version in the rules.  A two-sided poster including the Korunus expanse and the Callixus sector would be awesome.

FFG can you please let us as customers know if this is working for you. Are PDFs selling better than the books. Why this move to PDFs? I am just curious, so don't read into it beyond that.
