A Game of Thrones LCG | Published 24 July 2009

"The Drowned God makes men," old King Urron Redhand had once said, thousands of years ago, "but it's men who make crowns."
- George R.R. Martin, A Song of Ice and Fire, Volume II: A Clash of Kings

The sea mists part and the longships of the Iron Fleet appear on the horizon. Doom follows shortly thereafter for any and all in their way...

The first House expansion for the A Game of Thrones Living Card Game™, Kings of the Sea, is now available at your Friendly Local Game Store and at the FFG webstore. Kings of the Sea fully introduces House Greyjoy - the reavers and raiders of the Northwestern coasts of Westeros - to the A Game of Thrones metagame with a fully-playable Greyjoy deck. In addition, Kings and Queens from the other Great Houses of Westeros, as well as useful neutral cards, enter the game in this expansion, creating new deckbuilding opportunities and strategies.

Martin's bestselling fantasy epic, A Song of Ice and Fire, A Game of Thrones: The Card Game brings the beloved heroes, villains, locations, and events of the world of Westeros to life through innovative game mechanics and the highly strategic game play. This expansion is amazing.  I love the idea of the large box expansions, keep them coming! Its a great way to "expand" this game.  Hopefully after Princes of the Sun, we'll see expansions for the Night's Watch and the Wildlings!
