“Yeah, NBN tried tracing me once. It was amusing. By the time I was done with my run, they were still trying to make sense of my decoy IP and discern if I was actually a one-hundred seventy-eight year-old Russian woman in orbit around Mars.”
–H. Maurico, the architect of Crypsis

Rezzed in Full Bleed
Art plays an integral part in Android: Netrunner The Card Game. While the game’s mechanics immerse players in the cat-and-mouse nature of high-stakes cyberstruggles, its artwork shapes their futuristic context. Megalithic corporations rule the world. Humans work alongside bioroids and clones. Advancements in brain-mapping techniques permit men and women to interface minds and machines.
The artists who have worked on Android: Netrunner have brought to life these futuristic realities. The “meat” world exists simultaneously with the “cyber” world. Only through the imaginations and talents of the game’s artists do the distinctions fully take shape between the styles and devices that exist in the physical world and the abstracted, symbolic appearances of programs as they appear in the virtual world.
The Season One 2013 Android: Netrunner Game Night Kits reshape this reality with alternate art cards. With new designs that more fully feature their art, the new Crypsis and Melange Mining Corp cards rez the future in an exciting new style. These cards won’t function any differently than the standard copies, but they are exclusive to the Season One 2013 Android: Netrunner Game Night Kits.
When you order the Season One 2013 Android: Netrunner Game Night Kits, these alternate art cards can help draw players to your store to wage their battles for all-important data!
