The Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition Conversion Kit is now on sale at your local retailer and through our webstore! This convenient card pack allows players to bring all the familiar faces from previous Descent: Journeys in the Dark releases into a whole new world of adventure. It includes all the cards and sheets needed to use your heroes and monsters from first edition.

The Conversion Kit Includes:

• Forty-eight Hero sheets, representing the heroes from Descent: Journeys in the Dark (first edition), The Well of Darkness, The Altar of Despair, and The Tomb of Ice expansions, plus the heroes introduced in DungeonQuest, as well as the promotional heroes Jonas the Kind, Nara the Fang, Tobin Farslayer, and Truthseer Kel.
• Fifty Monster cards, representing the twenty-five monsters from Descent: Journeys in the Dark (first edition) as well as The Well of Darkness, The Altar of Despair, and The Tomb of Ice expansions.
• Three Familiar cards for Pico, Skye, and Brightblaze.

Note: A Copy of Second Edition is Still Required to Play

To be clear, the Conversion Kit provides a means to use your first edition hero and monster figures in Second Edition. It does not, however, “upgrade” your other first edition components, nor does it provide the rules, maps, tokens, or other cards necessary to play Second Edition. A copy of Descent: Journeys in the Dark Second Edition is still required to play.
