“‘And now,’ said the wizard, turning back to Frodo, ‘the decision lies with you. But I will always help you.’ He laid his hand on Frodo’s shoulder. ‘I will help you bear this burden, as long as It is yours to bear. But we must do something, soon. The Enemy is moving.’”
-The Fellowship of the Ring, J.R.R. Tolkien

Ok, we got the excitement and we got the rules...now we only need the game!!! *instant-preorder*
The English version of the Gladden Fields location card (p. 15) seems to lack the 'Victory 3' keyword seen on the French version. What do you think?
Have anyone else noticed other discrepancies?
@Entropy42 : the French rules show much of the card text (but of course it is.... in French) :

I see it now, the punctuation was swapped for a copyright symbol lol.
@ Winter324: It's actually "Tom the Tamer" and "Kris the Killer".
@redsimon: Good point, I humbly withdraw the request. But I am now even more impressed by Tom and Kris.
@ Winter324: I wouldn't recommend that. You would have to fight a Nazgûl barehanded.
What are you talking about ?
Very cool, but I most interested in getting my status upgraded. In the layout example both Tom and Kris are copyrighted players. I would like to be a copyrighted player. Is that something I get the documents for online?
Glad to see the rules, but it would have been really helpful if the cards in the rulebook weren't so low-res. Its impossible to make out a lot of the card text, which makes the tutorials a lot less informative.
Yippee!!!!
Need to laminate my rules as I will be drooling on them as I read...
I am sure you could as the starter boxes won't have 3 of every card, if any at all in 3's. Usually in starter boxes its 1's and 2's, a few cards are in 3's but not that many.
