“Ah! The warhorns sound! Our foes approach. Let us ride for Lord Eddard! For Prince Robb! For the King of the North!”
~Marlon Umber, bannerman to House Stark
Fantasy Flight Games is pleased to offer two new scenarios for Battles of Westeros, now available for download on the support page.
Previously, these scenarios were only available in the Days of Ice and Fire event booklet.
“Biting the Hand” (pdf, 10.9 MB) and “In Sight of the Eye” (pdf, 10.3 MB) let players experience battles that are not part of the A Song of Ice & Fire canon. These scenarios are perfect for players that already have experience on the battlefield, or for players looking to explore the possibilities of battles that could have been.
In “Biting the Hand,” a massive scenario that requires two Battles of Westeros Core Sets, players experience the battle that could have been if Eddard Stark met Tywin Lannister on the battlefield. “In Sight of the Eye” calls for the Wardens of the West and Wardens of the North expansions. Here players explore what would have occurred if the War of Five Kings could have been settled in single combat.
Download these unique scenarios from the support page and see what the Seven Kingdoms might have become!
Set in the rich and vibrant world of George R.R. Martin’s Song of Ice and Fire series, Battles of Westeros is a board game of tactical battlefield combat for two players. With scenarios that include beloved characters and settings, players can recreate the most significant battles from The War of the Five Kings.
New Scenarios are always welcome, so thank you. Even if I must admit it's quite unlikely that I will play the first one, and probably I'm not the only one lacking of a second core set
Thanks a lot.
Furhermore, I hope we will see the all-addon-linked scenarios in future addons.
Great job getting these up FFG. Thanks! Hope to see more in the future! I especially like the second scenario that puts in both Lannister and Stark expansions and I like the tug of war instant victory condition. Looks like an interesting scenario.
Well done. I was waiting for such a news.
This is really cool. I like that they provided a scenario that incorporates both of the expansions.
