The new FAQ for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game is now available |
| Call of Cthulhu LCG | Published 10 January 2011 | Rating | 15 votes |
If you are participating in a Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game tournament, be sure to check out the updated FAQ/Errata (PDF, 404 KB) available for download on our Support Page. Both web and printer-friendly versions are available.
The new FAQ features clarifications through the entire Yuggoth Contract and Summons of the Deep reprint cycles.
Based on the fiction of H.P. Lovecraft and his literary circle, Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game takes two players deep into the Cthulhu Mythos where investigators clash with the Ancient Ones and Elder Gods for the fate of the world. The Living Card Game format allows players to customize their gaming experience with monthly Asylum Pack expansions to the core game.
I'm glad that I'd already dismembered my Arkham Nights tournament deck, since I'd have to do it now anyways :) I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what is actually tournament competitive now! We've been working on an "Ancient Ones in the Ground" deck, a Shub/Hastur control deck, and a "Cops and Nerds" deck since AN, and I've been pretty pleased with them.
This was highly anticipated!
Basically good news, though I was hoping for a revision of the Magah Bird rather than a ban - ah, well.
No more Magah Birds in Tournament play! Super!!
I literally breathed a sigh of relied when I read this. Thank you!
Thank you for update! (and the printer friendly version)
Thank you very much for the printer friendly version.
