Emerging from the warp in the latest incarnation of Cosmic Encounter is the Loser!

You have the power of upset! Turn your worst cards into gold with the Loser's ability to make losers winners and winners losers. Once the use of this power is declared, both players must try to play attack cards. Whoever gets the lowest card, wins. If you know the Clone is sitting on the 40 attack card, what better way than to make that card an instant loss? Be sure to use this power wisely, as it takes place after all other effects.
