I got a chance to talk to a lot of really great gamers recently at Malleus Imperator and Free RPG Day, and I must say the enthusiasm our community has for the Dark Heresy line is invigorating!
There were many questions to be answered and today I am happy to give you a glimpse into the future of Dark Heresy.
In this latest installment of Knowledge is Power (pdf, 1.3 MB) you will read reports from the Acolytes of Inquisitor Acherus who are on the trail of a mysterious artifact and in the process uncover a terrible secret that threatens to set the Calixis sector on a spiral into oblivion!
So head over to the support page and peer into the grim future...
Dark Heresy is a roleplaying game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, a setting in the grim darkness of the far future. Players take on the roles of Acolytes serving the Inquisition, rooting out heresy and corruption from within the galaxy-spanning Imperium of Man.
Why is it always that the one I want the most is the last one on the release schedule? Happened with Ascension, it's happening here again and, hell, Deathwatch was the RPG I wanted the most when the trio of RPG's were first announced.
Not fair! :-P
Thank you for the update. I will take one of each to start!
War, war never changes...
Very excited about the upcoming releases, though i will probably skip the adventures, i'm pretty excited about Only War and the Demonhunters stuff, Grey Knights are full of flavor and would make great guest stars
contrary to the popular belief, winter actually starts in the second half of december, followed by spring, starting in march.
Splendid stuff! Can't wait for that sourcebook on the Ecclesiarchy!! Bring it on Mack!
The Dark Powers are strong in this message....
The Apostasy Gambit:
Part 1 - Winter 2011
Part 2 - Spring 2011
Part 2 before 1...that is the Power of Chaos!
Hmmm, I wonder if this means there's an Adepts/Tech-Priests book somewhere on the horizon. Either way, Only War... sounds interesting. The others might be fun but I'm not big on cleric/sisterhood characters or deamon hunting. I suppose we will have to see. Hmmm, would these books also be applicable with Rogue Trader or Deathwatch?
Brain explodes from cool information overload....
I only hope we could have a real campaign this time^.
