Soooo, that link to the 1.5 Faq?  It goes straight to the 1.0 faq.  Can we get that fixed?

Hello Warhammer: Invasion fans!

There was a typo in the article, which has since been corrected: the 3-on-3 team event is scheduled for 10:00AM Friday, August 6th (not Saturday). The typo was only on this article: Gen Con has the correct start time and date on its sign-up page here: https://www.genconreg.com/events/9274

We apologize for the confusion. See you at Gen Con!

Origins was dead 2 years ago which was the last time FFG was there - it's a dying Con (sadly) despite claims that "more gaming goes on there."  I doubt you'll see them there in the future.  And there's nothing wrong (imho) with going to GenCon partially for the excitement of seeing and purchasing new product.

This is the fundamental problem with GenCon.  The events have become a secondary concern to the exhibit hall and what is new and shiny in the minds of many attendants.  It would be appreciated by those of us who are more interested in gaming if FFG would support Origins a little more, although admittedly I have not seen the events catalog for this year's Origins, so it's possible I'm being unfair if things have changed from last year.

Also (and unfortunately it's more criticism, I'm afraid) - just awful times for the King of the Hill Tournament AND the Draft Tournament.  Why in the world would anyone have an event at the exact time that the MAIN attraction of GenCon (if we're being honest with ourselves it's the Exhibit Hall for nearly everyone) opens up??  Wow, that's an awful time slot.  Then the Draft tournament, which could've been cool is on Sunday - a day when nearly 80% of the attendees barely stay past Noon, if they even stay that long, due to the long drives for most gamers to head home??

GenCon seriously needs to re-examine the hours of the Exhibit Halls and the Gaming Halls to make evening events much more feasible - that would have solved a lot of these time-crunch issues, imho.   So in that respect, I imagine FFG didn't have much choice for the time slots but even pushing the KotH event a few hours later would have been a far better choice, imho.  :(
