“The wildlings may never again have such a chance as this. I knew Mance Rayder, Jon. He is an oathbreaker, yes... but he has eyes to see, and no man has ever dared to name him faintheart.”
–Old Bear Mormont
North of the Wall, the forces of the Wildlings have been mustering, and the sparse defense provided by the dedicated men of the Night’s Watch will soon be overwhelmed by this massive army. Take up arms alongside this cause, or against it, and affect the very fate of Westeros!

This spring, get ready to face The Wildling Horde!
Based on George R.R. Martin's bestselling fantasy epic A Song of Ice and Fire, A Game of Thrones: The Card Game, playable by 2-4 players, brings the beloved heroes, villains, locations, and events of the world of Westeros to life through innovative game mechanics and the highly strategic game play. The Living Card Game™ format allows players to customize their gaming experience with monthly Chapter Pack expansions to the core game.
Nifty though I'd rather hear more about the Chapter pack that is coming out now than the one coming out in April or May (I guess I'll come back and read this one again after I've had a chance to play with some of the cards in the earlier packs).
Looking forward to this whole set!
"Would this card work against something like Drinking the Sea"
hmmm That would be cancelling a cancel wouldn't it??
Would this card work against something like Drinking the Sea, which has a secondary effect of allowing a player to draw a card? And I love how useful this card is anyways, and well costed. Too bad this pack is still about 4 months away.
I want me one of them Wildling Hordes. That thing looks awesome from the artwork, hopefully its ability is just as cool.
Defenders of the North cannot arrive soon enough... In Spain we were supposed to get the first chapter pack at the end of January, but apparently they've moved it to February. We might get two chapter packs that month, one hopes so.
Oh, and do you know what would be cool? A strategy guide, including all the cards, expanded rules with examples and those goodies. Have a look at the Anima Tacticas book. THAT is simply awesome.
