Where is that specifically ruled please.
Well for one, it's common sense. If it's listed in the creation package, the player gets it.
For the Second, in the box under each race and archetype it says the following:
"All [Race or Archetype] begin play with the following: [List of Starting Skills, Talents, Traits, Gear, Wounds and Special Ability]"
EDIT: It doesn't say it for each one, just for the CSM and Human Race and the Champion Archetype. But that implies that each of those boxes follow the same rules. If that's not enough for you, you should direct an email at FFG to get clarification. Otherwise, enjoy your all Champion game.
Looted Void Kraken? Sound like fun!

Hi! Reposting, from my topic. Enjoy :)
1. True Grit and Daemonic Trait - Does Daemonic Trait bonus counts for reducing Critical damage?
Yes
2. Casting Foul Cage power - it a blast with opposed WP test.
If the Focus Power Test is an Opposed Test, the psyker must successfully pass the Test and gain more Degrees of Success than at least one of his opponents to activate the power.
Does that mean that if the psyker wins opposed test with one of three guardsmen in radius of the spell, all three are affected by foul cage (because the power activat es,and all are in blast radius), or only the one that failed the test?
The former - the psyker makes one roll, and the targets each oppose it. Some might be affected, some might not.
3. Does Size speed bonus counts for dodging blast weapons/spells? Or only Ag
Just Agility.
4. Rounding - in case of mighty shot, unnatural characteristics etc. Do you round up or down ?
Always round up.

Question:
After the errata there is one thing that I still have questions about.
Using two weapons, under the Two Weapon Weilder talent and in the Two Weapon Fighting section on p.243, it appears that using two weapons takes two half actions. Under the Swift Attack and Lightning Attack actions it appears that using multiple weapons is part of one half action. Which is it? Does this change with multiple limbs/tail?
Answer:
The Talent is the one in need of better wording - Both Attacks (one with each weapon) should count as a single Half Action (consider the second Half Action to count as Free).
It shouldn't change with multiple arms/tail.

Yes, but we all know how screwed up the archetype lists are, just look at all the mistakes with Renegades that haven't been fixed.
FFG really need to get their act together.
I don't understand. The lists are a little off so they must not include anything at all? How hard is it to understand? A character starts with what is in the box. It has been that way since DH, why would it have changed in BC?
The last question in the FAQ part of the errata implies that you need to buy prereqs for the things on the list.

Which is a problem on a few levels; besides not having pre-requisite talents, what if you don't have the pre-req. minimum characteristic?
There are several options, but two obvious ones. Buy the pre-reqs like the errata says [which isn't implied at all.] Or just ignore the rules that don't make any sense. Such as the Lightning Attack limitation.
The rules are not absolutes.

It's still a little shady for me, the two weapon wielder and the swift/lightning attack thing
If I make a lightning attack (half) action (with the -10ws), then I choose the make an additional attack with my second hand as a part of that (half) action, it would count as If I used only one half action in that turn, and I can do like half move or something, with my remaining half action, right?
Can the second hand attack be an other lightning attack? so it would be 2 lightning attack in one half action.
would this second hand attack suffer the -10 for the ws from the original LA., since it's part of the same action? (so, for example a second hand standart attack would arrive to a +0, and LA. -20).
I intentionally didn't bother with the modifiers from the offhand and two weapon fighting

And no, they would not share the same penalties. Those penalties are to the attack itself. Doing two lighting attacks would be two separate attacks resolved within the same action. So two lighting attacks would be at -10 and -10. A swift attack, meanwhile, would get a +0, even if it was paired with a lighting attack (which would get -10), regardless of which order they were done in.

Oggetto: Re: Fantasy Flight Games [Rules Questions] - Black Crusade
1-Every kind of mechadentrite needs a specific talent? The rules says there are just two specializations (weapon and utility) but you replied to somebody that to use a Servo arms an heretek needs a servo arms talent, to use a medicae mech he needs a different talent, etc etc.
My bad there and thanks for the catch. There are indeed just the two types in Black Crusade, so Servo Arm would just need Mechadendrite Use (Weapon).
2-an overheating plasma pistol connected with a ballistic mechadentrite damage the mechadentrite arm or a specific body part of the using character?
I'd apply to Body, unless the GM wants to create up some house rules to cover values for the device so the Damage could be applied to it.

Rule Question:
The Tzeentch psychic power Flicker gives you the incorporeal trait, which says you "An incorporeal creature can't normally affect the mortal world, and thus can't Damage non-incorporeal opponents unless it has a suitable special ability or Talent".
My question: Does psychic powers qualify as a special ability or Talent which you can use while under the effects of Flicker (and thus being incorporeal)?Considering it works the other way around (psychic powers being able to affect incorporeal beings), and the fact that the NPC Copax (in the core book's adventure in the back, box on page 390) is said to use Gholam's Curse while under the effects of Flicker, it seems like psychic powers should qualify.
Answer:
"Yes, you can use psychic powers while incorporeal. You wouldn't be able to use powers though against corporeal targets that would cause Damage, like Doombolt. Mental manipulations like Gholam Curse are indeed permissible.
Tim Huckelbery"
My friend asked a couple of questions regarding Precision Telekinesis power, and attacking with it.
1. Can I use Swift Attack talent to that attack?
