In response to Kevin's reply, I'm going to guess that the different colored counters represent various forms of social influence, which can be used like a currency to purchase favors/items/access from the various in-game factions.  The blue martini glass may be a high class "social" influence, while the green smokestack may represent “industrial” influence. Yellow star, not so sure, maybe legal influence?  The red, maybe blue-collar worker influence…

Just one man’s thought.  Anxious to hear more about when I can order this one!

Yes...yes. This is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it...this land.

Yellow Star: I think it is legal or p[olice buck up and influence.  After all the police badge IS a star in USA  isn't it?

Why can't you edit your posts?

Any way I think that the idea about the car on the arc is very clever. So clever in fact that I'll be dissapointed if you are wrong...

You can edit your posts. You just have to search for the little blue edit-link.

edit: It's just left next to your post number.

Hmm, not a bad series of guesses. Those tokens are called 'favors', and the detectives use them as resources.

I guess the joke's on me, then, because I'm just not seeing it. Can someone provide a screenshot?

(The purpose of me asking was so I can correct the errors in the original post, pllbbttt.)

Ok, I saw it, but it only appears to be available for about 5 minutes after your post. I was hoping to correct the OP with Kevin's updates. *sigh*

I just saw that my editing button vanished. Apparently, you can only edit your posting for a short time - which is, in my eyes, a good idea and policy.

edit: what the head said. :P

And once again, the new forums are out to make me a fool (too late)! I was able to get the Edit button for the OP and have begun making edits. They seem to appear and disappear arbitrarily. Maybe it's the fact they're coded in Spanish, which I never bothered to learn ;)

Ok, this is nuts. I think I can claim the forum's still acting wonky. Now I've lost the Edit link to the OP again. What conditions have to be in place for that link to be visible? Is it possibly a strangeness with the cookies/session vars?

Apologies for hijacking this thread to perform forum fixes, but I think I stumbled on something - once I added the previous post, the OP Edit link came back. Supposing that if you've posted recently, it also lets you edit any OP's you have? Web gurus, let us know what info to give you.

Just thought of that:

We have seen two pictures for some of the investigators. The shiny cop/alcoholic cop the strong Haas android / the Haas android is having a crisis. I thing these are the Personal demons the investigators are trying to fight. So when they fail, you flip over the character on his other side. Now he must struggle even harder to gain back his self...
