A small imporvement is still an improvement:

Heroes: Théodred, Bilbo Baggins

Game 1 Result: 91
Final Threat Level: 10
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 1
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 8

Game 2 Result: 88
Final Threat Level: 8
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 0
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 8

Game 3 Result: 84
Final Threat Level: 4
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 0
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 8

What I didn't iclude strategywise is that the most important part is to get Burning Brand and Fast Hitch on Bilbo ASAP. That way I can pluck the eemies one by one, and once I have Mirkwood Runner I can eliminate them.

Yes juicebox, despite Budgernaut's clarification, I'm sure that my scores are ok, because I hadn't that situation in that 3 games.

Sounds like everything's fine to me.

I was finally able to beat Chac's amazing result (but only because I got Sneak Attack in the last round of game 3).

Heroes: Théodred, Bilbo Baggins

Game 1 Result: 73
Final Threat Level: 20
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 3
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 5

Game 2 Result: 86
Final Threat Level: 16
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 0
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 7

Game 3 Result: 70
Final Threat Level: 10
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: 0
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 0
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 6

I got better results because I played less cautiously end sent more characters questing (more = all, most of the time).

Leadership:

3x Dúnedain Ranger

2x Faramir

1x Dúnedain Watcher

As discused in the Dead Marshes thread, I was counting wrongly the number of rounds. After muemakan and leptokurt explained me, I repost my result arranged:

Game 1 Result: (Report Final Score or Loss) = 132

Game 2 Result: (Report Final Score or Loss) = 98

Game 3 Result: (Report Final Score or Loss) = 122
Final Threat Level: 25
Threat Cost of Each Dead Hero: -
Damage Tokens on Remaining Heroes: 3+2+2 = 7
Victory Points Earned: 0
Number of Rounds Completed: 9

Finally got to try this scenario tonight, and with a Secrecy deck no less. Intrigued by Secrecy's potential.

At first I thought this quest was going to be very difficult given the cards revealed in the previews, but I've now played Road to Rivendell solo several times and have won each game.  The only other adventure pack I have a perfect 100% win rate against is Hills of Emyn Muil.  I thought the key was the heroes I picked (Denethor, Elrohir and Elladan), but then seeing the heroes and scores SiCK_Boy posted I guess not (however, I did play with just a single core set).  Denethor is really key as he can help you dodge some of the nasty cards and the twins are very effective with their ability to ready after attack and defense (plus the stats boost they get playing together).  I also loaded up my deck with all of the encounter and shadow effect nullifiers.  Unlike the Hills of Emyn Muil though I found this quest challenging and very enjoyable.  It's probably the quest where I had to constantly make the most tactical decisions - deciding when to engage an enemy and which characters to quest with versus hold back for combat in the event of an ambush makes for many tough decisions.

Below is the deck I used.  The major weakness is poor card draw - if I were to play again I would replace Out of the Wild with some Ancient Mathom.

Hero (3)
Denethor (Core) x1
Elladan (RtR) x1
Elrohir (TRG) x1

Ally (21)
Faramir (Core) x1
Dunedain Watcher (TDM) x3
Winged Guardian (THfG) x1
Eagles of the Misty Mountains (RtM) x2
Vassal of the Windlord (TDM) x1
Mirkwood Runner (RtM) x2
Rivendell Minstrel (THFG) x2
Gildor Inglorion (THoEM) x1
Silvan Tracker (TDM) x1
Longbeard Map-Maker (CatC) x1
Daughter of the Nimrodel (Core) x1
Henamarth Riversong (Core) x1
Gleowine (Core) x1
Gandalf (Core) x3

Attachment (14)
Celebrian's Stone (Core) x1
Steward of Gondor (Core) x2
Rivendell Blade (RtR) x1
Born Aloft (CatC) x2
Support of the Eagles (RtM) x1
A Burning Brand (CatC) x2
Protector of Lorien (Core) x1
Unexpected Courage (Core) x1
Song of Travel (THoEM) x2
Song of Wisdom (CatC) x1

Event (15)
Sneak Attack (Core) x2
Lore of Imladris (Core) x3
Out of the Wild (RtR) x2
Hasty Stroke (Core) x2
A Test of Will (Core) x2
Will of the West (Core) x1
The Galadhrim's Greeting (Core) x2
Dwarven Tomb (Core) x1

Just realized I have been scoring incorrectly.  I've been tallying a round at the start of each round as opposed to at the end during the refresh phase so all of my scores to date have been 10 points too high since they all have 1 extra round counted.  If it's ok, I'd like to resubmit my scores making this correction.  New scores would be 201, 153, 144.

The first two games were both pretty close to winning but both(!) times my useless sleeping sentries got Arwen killed In the last game I did everything I could to avoid combat (Gandalf made some pretty Sneaky attacks) and finally succeeded!

Final weighted score:  71 * 3/1 = 213

Played two sets of 3 games…..always lost the third….don´t know why always 2 games went totally great and then there comes a shit game.

In this game 3 I got Sleepping Sentry as first card. So ok nothing lost. But in turn 3 I got undisturbed bones and had only Arwen……damn.

I use 1 Core Set and all available packs up to Watcher in the Water.

I've been wanting to really use Elrohir and Elladan and was going through the Dwarrodelf cycle so far and felt like my first score on this was pretty good so I gave it a couple more plays.  I was surprised how close my scores were. It felt like a very reliable deck but not the quickest ever.

I did not use any Lore cards and just tried to keep the cost of the cards in my deck very low.

Not all who wander are lost...

Wrong. It's more like this: how is it possible to have two lucky games in a row and only one normal?
