Caprice's Sanity Card

What do the numbers on Caprice's Sanity card mean? I mean the numbers next to her sanity numbers of +2, +1, 0, +1, +2 (the numbers in the circles that look like time costs: 7, 6, 6, 6, 5). They can't be VP's, those are already factored in to her good/bad endings.

It's time all right; she gets 7 time per turn when she's at max sanity, and only 5 time at min sanity
