Alibi token count

Just checking to make sure there are only 11 alibi tokens not the 12 according to the rulebook. Checked the sprues but only found 11 spots so I'm pretty sure that's all of them.

I thought one of the alibi tokens was on one of the other sprues.
Ah, it is, but there are only ten alibi tokens on the other sprue.

So where is the mistake ? Is it a lack of one token or a wriiting error in the rules ?

There are 11 alibi tokens in the box.

In the back of the box it correctly says 11 Alibi tokens. The mistake is in the printed rules.
