I'm a new UFS player going to Monterey Peninsula College. I also play Magic: The Gathering as do most people at my college. I'm pretty sure not a single person plays UFS there and the only person I ever get to play with is my little brother.

I really like UFS and was wondering if there were any California UFS players willing to help a total noob or just befriend. =P Thanks!

 It's an hour drive up the 1, but Epic Adventure Games in Scotts Valley (just google them) hold tournaments almost every Saturday at Noon.  Just call them up ahead of time to double check.  I am an infrequent participant, mostly because of work, but the playgroup is fantastic and chock full of both new and old players of the game.  Heck, the scout is one of the people I indoctrinated into the game back during the first SNK set.

I am one of the regulars at epic, and i live in santa cruz.
