I am about ready to almost start my very first gaming session of Anima. But before that, I would like to prepare myself with more lore reading as well as a way to tackle the problem of Initiative. I do not look forward to it if I can't deal with this.
So I am asking the community here if somebody has made either a own program or maybe an excel file that can handle initiative counters for each player/NPCs, be able to re-roll initiative every round, and just keep track.
Does anyone know any good softwares such as this?

You've just actually just given me a really good Idea, and I might look into making something like this soon. I'll keep everyone here posted.
This is a system I use for initiative tracking in almost all games I play. Buy a small collection of coloured pegs from a hobby supply store, or raid your various board games for the pegs. Think of the coloured pegs that come with Clue, Snakes and Ladders and the like. Assign each colour to each player character and NPCs, so you want a nice collection and variety (and possibly multiple shapes).
When rolling initiative, and in fact most rolls in this system, a couple of things help to speed up the roll & tally process.
Roll up and tally your own NPC initiatives, then arrange the NPCs pegs from lowest to highest. Grab the PCs and put them in the order too, and now you have Initiative worked out and easy to read. The pegs are handy because they're visual and can be moved around easily to make the initiative order.
There are four PCs, Paul, John, George and Ringo, with initiatives of 45, 25, 10 and 0 respectively. They are fighting four goons called Davey, Micky, Peter and Michael, with identical intiatives (45, 25, 10 and 0). Paul is a blue peg, John a green, George orange and Ringo red. Davey is black, Micky is pink, Peter is white, and Michael is brown.
The players roll up their initiatives as do the NPCs, ending up like this; Paul 77, John 42, George 133, Ringo 17, Davey 44, Micky 69, Peter 37, and Michael 90. The pegs are set up in this order then; Orange (George), Brown (Michael), Blue (Paul), Pink (Micky), Black (Davey), Green (John), White (Peter) and last Red (Ringo).

Just to let people know, I found a program. I went to ask in the spanish community of Anima (luckily, I know spanish. =D )
And for those who want, I can share my knowledge with you. There is a java program called Anima-Narrador which is exactly what I wanted. It also not hard to figure out if you don't know spanish, so I strongly recommend it. However, if you are eager to make english versions of whatever, I know many would appreciate it, even me.

However I figured it out. I needed to install Java. I didn't have it installed so it just kept opening with Win RAR
Could you send the initiative program to me, megaupload was siezed by the government.
I have a homebrewed program I used that's been coded in C#. it's alright so far. but the randomizer is kind lame It sometimes follows some messed up pattern for some reason. but if anyone is interested in testing it out. I can send it to you.
