Adding pictures to a post

How do I add pictures to a post? When I click "image" it asks for a URL. Is there a way to simply browse my computer and upload the picture?? I have tried to use Dropbox. When I add the URL that I get from Dropbox a "broken" page icon appears in the post.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When you try to post,you will find a image icon ,when your mouse move to it,it will show"image",that is the place you can click to attach pictures.I hope you can understand what I am saying.Good luck with you.
