I would like to do some account changes and the system requires from me to insert the Postal/zip. I have been trying to do exactly that and the answer I get is that my ZC/Postal code is not valid. I tried to use the "XXXX" pass but still no goo.

Former posters in this thread seem to find a way to add games to the profile.

 I have this problem too!!
I sent a mail to FFG (about something else) and can't read their reply, because I have to enter my ZIP-code, but it wont let me!

 Is FFG even reading this? Do they know about this Issue? Are they trying to resolve it? Do they even Care?

Would be nice if the FFG-people could make a simple respond so we know if they have an answer to any of the above questions!!

 Issues still apparent while trying to enter a UK Postal Code. XXXX and xxxx (it shouldn't be case sensitive but it doesn't hurt to check) also doesn't work.

Got this problem too.

Tried my Zip, random numbers, xxxx, XXXX and any variation of that.

Try typing first zip code available for your city, worked for me :)
