My name is Sidney Rocha, and I made an order (#31254, invoice 142083) on Black Fridays, in 11/25/2010. But I received just half of the games (traking number: CJ301835733US) until now.
Believing that the order was splitted in two packages I asked FFG many times, thru email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and the customer form page about the traking of the second package without any response.
I do not know what can I do to get any response from FFG, and I'm very disappointed in not receive any feedback from FFG.
