General questions regarding forum use.
How come I can't type in the "post" section from my iphone when attempting to post in forums?

I had the same problem with my iPad. I emailed the Webmaster and made him aware of the issue.
I'm not sure if it's anything that can be easily rectified, given the cludgy nature of the website code. It seems that the text boxes are coded in such a way that the Apple devices don't detect the text box as a text box, and pop up the keyboard for input.
This is the only site that I frequent on the Net where this has happened.

Can't post here on either iPhone or Symbian OS.
I have the same problem on my EVO.
