I'm sorry for writing here, but I could not find apropriate forum thread.

I made some order at FFG store (arkham horror addons), and got confirmation of accepting my order. How long will it take to proceed and ship it? I did send eMail to "store@fantasyflightgames.com" (did it twice, yesterday and today) and still didn't get an answer concerning my order and tracking ID number of shipment.

Just wanted to know if they are answering to customers letters, cause I don't get an answer for more than 24 hours already.
