Suggestion: Rating threads

I have been on several forums which use a "rating system" to rank threads as being popular. This helps to cut down on the "I agree" or the "Me too" kinds of posts, while also giving the forum admins a way of seeing at a glance which threads/ideas/etc. are getting the most approval among the community.
- My miniature collection currently exceeds that which I can realistically expect to finish painting in my lifetime...

I mentioned something similar here in regards to point awards.
