J.R.R. Tolkien's epic trilogy comes to life in a series of FFG board games

My local pub is under threat from the Saul Zaentz Company. They claim rights to the "Hobbit brand" and despite the fact that my boozer has stood on the site for over twenty years without the Tolkien family taking issue to it, now that there's a Hollywood movie in the works, the Saul Zantz Company seems to think that they can tell my local that they have to change their name.
