Berlin?

Just curious. Why no card referring to East or West Berlin? The cover of the box has a picture of the Glienicke Brucke (bridge) between Potsdam and West Berlin where many spy exchanges took place i.e. Francis Gary Powers, But the game itself makes no reference to "the Berlin question."

I'd have liked an objective featuring the scene too but perhaps we'll see it in the 2nd edition. Hopefully
