When I played the highland with friends all the rewards where taken what would you do if another character need to get reward ?

Snooze, you lose:

"If the Relic deck has been depleted, however, no reward is available and the
character receives nothing." (Highland rules, p. 8)

That said, if four characters have already killed the Eagle King, my view is someone should've been heading for the Inner Region quite a while back.

 But in the dongeons you have like 12 price, it as no balance

Is your group hitting Highlands and/or Dungeon just for those end rewards? Around here, nobody really cares about Highlands and Dungeon, you dip in to boost a little (extra two or three points to your main stat, then leave) or grind until you'll beat the LoD by 8+ (which doesn't necessarily require a lot of effort with someone like the Ogre Chieftain) and thus exit to the Crown of Command, making the Treasure just something you get as an extra for exiting to the Crown. Granted, we use the random Treasure variant.

The Eagle King is weaker and have less powerful cards than the dungeon rewards.

If you really want to get a reward, then you can better go to the highlands than the dungeon.

If al lthe relics are taken, then there are no relic cards anymore. You can better focus on killing the player who got the arnkell card..

The man makes a valid point.  PvP is an aspect of this game that seems to be ignored mor eoften than it should be (in my experience.)  If all the Highlands relics are gone, that just means you need to hunt the player who has it (them) instead of the Eagle King. =P
