Ok, a few of you seems to like the "prop" idea added to minis.  I will continue to post them as they are completed.

Feel free to add any of these ideas to your minis.

First up was the Assassin.  Which a lot of you saw from the other thread.

Now for #2, it is the WIZARD!!

His spell book (as featured on the character card), is attached to his body, by a 3/4" clear piece of plastic.  This give a great affect of the book floating in front of him.  Even when acutally using him to play with, it is hard to see the plastic, and the book really looks like its floating around.

THE DRUID.

Always looking for that woods area, to try and draw magic from.  The Druid takes shade from a tree, anywhere he can.

Yea, I probalby have the gloss too high.  Have not done much mini painting so I only had glossy.

Not the greatest for pictures, but in real life they are nice and shiny :)

As far as colors, I do a lot of mixing.  The Pink on the Minstral was a mix, so I would not be able to get it exact again.  I actualy have just a real basic set of colors.  Red, blue, black, white, etc...

3 for the price of one.

The ELF, with his archery practice target.  To bad archery is not actually in the game.........yet

The Thief, dodging through the cliche' of barrels and crates in the market.  As seen in every video game you ever play.

The Dwarf, with his mine cart full of precious gold ore.. Its no wonder he gets a bonus in the mines..

Dwarf is great with the mine cart. You should grant him 5 gold pieces to start the game with...

Props aroung Thief miniature give a good flavour to the tiniest of the set. While I like most of FFG Miniatures, I found the Thief to be really too small. A Thief shouldn't be a big guy if he has to flew with his bounty, but I was disappointed by the size compared to others (the Monk and the Minstrel are really BIG people!). Barrels and crates add some useful stuff, good idea.

By the way, I still have to post my painted pieces...

A wizard is never too late. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.

I had to stop doing my artisic stuff on the miniatures, becasue my sons pinewood derby was upon us.  Thant consumed my "craft time".
