It is a web-based document viewing website and this link is to the full Issue 46 of the Mephisto magazine, which is a magazine with articles on gaming. Pages 58 to 60 have the pages for Talisman characters. However the resolution is really poor and does not provide any more details that the pictures already posted, even after zooming in.

I looks like the other two pertinent issues are also in the scribd system, but none are at a readable resolution even if you log in, so don't waste your time.

I even downloaded on of the magazine issues from that scribd site, hoping that the downloaded PDF version would be better, but it was not. It is the same as the version viewable right at the website.

I was looking through the expert book, and saw that the jinn is a talisman character from games workshop.

It seems that the name is a bit related to Djinn?

The Jinn begins with spells..( and from the looks of the Djinn art, he looks  like a genie..

No, the one in Elliott's rules collection is one of his own making. It is not an official character.

These characters are of Mephisto's own design.
