Jon on his Twitter revealed few details regarding new expansion for Talisman - Frostmarch. It will be small expansion just like Reaper, containing:

- 4 new characters
- 84 Adventure cards
- 20 Spells
- 24 Warlock Quests
- 3 Alternative Endings

It will be released in autumn this year. As a reminder, image featured Freeze spell, which we weren't able to see in Dungeon:

In my humble opinion Horrible Black Void is really stupid and unfair alternative ending ;)

Beside that I have "Talisman: The Adventure" from second hand and Horrible Black Void card had a footprint from a maddened player on its back side ;)

We suffer a lack of players. There are usually only two of us playing and we play "Talisman Bloodbath" mode. Horrible Black Void would mean end of game then. Game in which worse player would win.

Fortunately I don't really expect Horrible Black Void as one of the alternative endings in Frostmarch. 33% chance to lose by reaching Crown od Command is too much.

You mean 16.7% chance, since Black Void was one of six endings (?). We kept the others and trashed the Black Void after one game.  It is not what Talisman is about.

But so far, Frostmarch as a "supplement" expansion could add some freshness to the game.

Horrible Black Void was just proof that Talisman is crazy, wacky fun without regard for human (or dwarf or elf...) life and anything can happen .

I've just posted some pictures of the Frostmarch display from the FFG booth today on Talisman Island. I will be posting the full sized pictures later on in a gallery, but I think you will be able to make out enough detail to be going on with!

The Ice queen returns and she is on the cover of the box !  The box is awesome !

When i saw the box, i was thinking that it was the mountain board but i realised that it is a small expansion. Not bad.

I wonder what the Ice queen will do. (Maybe a lot of cards that turn you into a toad? haha

Do we get finally  some very dangerous cards?

And we get 3 ending cards too !
