Hi,

here some thoughts:

I would add Deep One Assault to deal with supports and also to correct in time, at cost 0, some side effects of TitG like flipping Cthulhu on the wrong side. I would add DOA in any cthulhu deck, to be honest.

I would play brood of jig which is a another good blocker. And then pulled under that can be used with brood of jig or cannibal ghast.

Prism of many views is, like journey,  another way of filtering what get played with TITG. And it's permanent.

terror of the tides is another good surprise blocker and if it get flicked by titg its even better cos you get a character with toughness +6.

the more diverse characters you have in your deck the more likely you gonna take advantage of titg.

I've thought about adding some other surprise cards (Terror of the Tides, Stalking Hounds, etc.) as well as all of the Glaaki cards + Dopplegangers just to see how it plays out. I'm definitely adding DOA as it's too powerful to not have in there. I'll have to proxy those, since the missus has a stranglehold on most things Cthulhu in her favorite deck...
