The First Edition of Descent is out of print. Your best bet is probably an online auction site like Ebay, or you can check out the Descent 1st edition page at Board Game Geek (dot) com and see if they link to any current auctions.

Amazon.com has it, as well as Ebay, but expect to pay at least a couple of hundred bucks for it.
