SoB Question: Getting on board of the ship from the sea

Hi to everyone!
My question is: In the SoB campaign, how does an hero get on board of the ship when he's in a water square? It takes some additional movement points?

No extra cost, unless going over a railing (which costs 1 extra MP of course). Just pay the normal cost for moving 1 space to another - 2MP if an empty weapon mount, 1 MP if a normal ship space or forecastle..
Guns/Swords/Damage do(es)n't kill people, people/Romans/Removing the last wound token kill(s) people
