Broken magnets

My son dropped one of the magnetic eggs and it split in two. I dontt believe the magnet can be repaired. Has anyone else had this happen? Also, any idea if FFG would replace a single egg? I guess the game can still be played with each player having one fewer egg, but I prefer to have a fully intact game.
