For the new flavor… the new movie will bring us things that we can´t imagine yet… 

What we may see after the three core books are supplements for adapting that info for other settings such as The Old Republic or the Legacy Era.

Well, we had 3 new movies between '99 and '05, and didn't really get any new concepts outside of the three big ones that were presented in the OT:

• Fringe life
• Military 
• Jedi & the Force

I guess you could say the politics from the prequels could be a separate flavor, but I found those scenes dreadfully tedious and don't think they would make good RP systems.  Supplements, maybe.

I point here is that, with the new films, I expect they're going to go back to the fundamentals of the big three to make sure its recognizable as "Star Wars", meaning there won't be major new concepts to warrant a whole new stand alone game system, which is AoR and D&F have been announced to be.

My buddy is the CEO of Fantasy Flight Games and he says the fourth book will be "Heroes of the Forest Moon."  It's supposed to focus on the Ewoks and their battles against Morag the witch and the gigantic Phlogs.  Pretty sure they will make heavy use of Gungan mercenaries.  Also Wookies getting back to their roots for a very special Life Day.

Finally we'll be able to play the Ewok Tribesman that was so core to the SW experience for so many real fans.  

Must include maps for Lake Village and have social rules for appropriate Ewok marriage OR WILL NOT BUY!!!!

I am personally hoping for more source material, not mechanics focused rulebooks.  I'd like to see Old Republic, New Repblic, and other books focused on different era's.  Equipment, factions, alien species, etc etc.  I like all my old West End books, and still pull out many of them to flip through now and again. 

I really hope they don't wait until after all three core rulebooks to start putting out a few supplements.  I don't mind making things up, but it's nice to haver references to pull on as well.

I would expect corebook #4 to focus on whatever Ep 7 seems focused on. Maybe Eps 7-8. Either that, or the End of the Old Republic - pre-Palpatine.

On a bit more serious note, after Force & Destiny, I wouldn't mind seeing a KOTOR/SW:TOR book.

It's one era that's had a pretty strong fan-following since the time of the initial KOTOR video game, and once the rules of Force Powers, Jedi, and Sith have been ironed out for F&D, why not a book on a setting that openly encourages using many of the elements from the three prior corebooks in one great big melting pot?

As for a "newquel" sourcebook, I'd prefer FFG wait until after the third one has been released, or if they are going to cover the movies individually, cover them as supplments (sorta like how WEG had Galaxy Guides for ANH, ESB, and RotJ).

I think the Sith may be covered more in a supplement and F&D will focus more on Jedi and the Force in general, with maybe a couple of more popular traditions thrown in.

I don't see FFG putting out anything to do with the new movies. I'm not sure any info on them would be released, even to a licensed company like FFG, until after their release.

Granted, we're talking 2+ years down the road, and in that time SW:TOR could very well have hit the bug zapper (GU Comics reference), but since that era has an active MMO, if it comes down to a choice between it or Legacy, I'd imagine FFG would go with KOTOR/SW:TOR first in the hopes of catching a bigger market segment.  Especially if it looks like the newquels will render everything from the Legacy Era a moot point.
