Pax Magnifica Bellum Gloriosum!
After ordering Twilight Imperium for the second time. (First one got stolen but I'm over it) While waiting for it to get here i go on a Deep Space 9 marathon and of coarse the idea two merge the two mix. So i searched online for a bit and found out that there is already some out there. (and it looks pretty well thought out) The problem is every link i find to the rules is dead. Is there anyone here who has a copy or knows the new link to where i can find it?

They appear to be using artwork from Enterprise (which may or may not be a huge turn-off for you,) but all the big races are there. I also found this point-base TI3 race creation system, to get you started on making your own Star trek variant, if the one above proves insufficient:
