Pax Magnifica Bellum Gloriosum!
Before you all tear chunks out of me, I have already searched on the forum and the main site, to no avail.
As of a few days ago, Twilight Imperium is a part of my rapidly growing Fantasy Flight collection. I have only played one game, though I enjoyed it immensely and am already planning on purchasing the expansion (I wanted to get it at the same time, but I ran short on funds).
I did note that in the FAQ 2.2 it says that the orange technology deck has a wrong card printed in place of Transit Diodes, which is missing. It provides a URL to visit for replacements, but this link directs to the Fantasy Flight front page.
Even though I do not yet own the expansion, what is the status of this misprint? Is this version still being printed and sold? Do Fantasy Flight Games still provide this replacement?

Hmm, they probably need to update the link; I would assume they still have the replacement program in place.
What you may do is use the "Contact Us" link at the very bottom of the page, then click the link on the page that pops up. Ah, heck, here's the direct link to that page:new.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_atencion.asp
Fill out the form (you'd probably want "Customer Service" for the department), let them know that you are interested and that the link doesn't seem to work, and they should be able to help you get the card you need.
For the record, what happened is they accidentally printed two copies of Sarween Tools for the Orange Deck, and left out Transit Diodes. I've never even acquired the Transit Diodes tech in a game, but if you're like me, you want the complete set anyway, just in case :D

The current printing of the expansion has the correct cards.
FFG have allways been very nice regarding replacing such things - I believe free of charge btw.

Indeed. I think originally for this they had you send in the duplicate as kind of a "proof of purchase", but I don't know how rigid they would be with that nowadays.
